Vintage 1960s cotton cocktail dress by Rappi. Covered in polkadots and rhinestones. Contrasting ribbon trim is covered in big rhinestones. Sleeveless. The cotton has a horizontal rib. Sadly it has bleeding from the black dye. Otherwise solid and wonderful! As it is cotton it should be a cinch to overdye or otherwise upcycle.
