Just stunning 1930s rayon crepe evening dress with wild avante garde details. That neckline! Attached gold tone metal chain collar. Dropped waist. Dramatic gathered skirt with belt closure and mother of pearl buckle over a panel of ruching. Dramatically padded shoulders with a slit at the back of the neck closed with a small tie.
