Vintage Victorian Silk Bodice

Stunning silk fitted bodice from 1880s-1890s. High satin collar. Boned corset construction. Lace trimming. Unusually bold paisley and polkadot fabric. Hook closure down the front. A beautiful piece in impeccable condition. Only detail of note is the satin collar is showing it's age. Btw it is only lightly tacked on. So should not be a difficult restoration item. Smells fresh with no mustiness and careful examination shows no stains or fades of any kind. As this is a fine silk twill over a hundred years old it is only suitable for very careful wear.
