Beautiful Forties Novelty Print Dress in cool to the touch Bemberg Rayon. Shirrred ruffled shoulders with flattering gathers that flow into the bust. Scattering of "handpainted" yellow rose buds on a Midnight black background. Fishtail hem (longer in the back). The back has a flattering bustle effect of gathers and pleats. Drapes beautifully.
