Early 60s Knee Length shorts. Fabulous blue. Side button and zipper. Terrific stretch fabric called Expandra - described as a "reflex action fabric". Mostly cotton with a lil somethin somethin to keep it's shape. Unworn. Waist 27" , Hips 37".
